MotiveCrate sells aftermarket replacement parts. Unless expressly stated, parts are not manufactured by, licensed by, or supplied by any vehicle manufacturer.

Vehicle makes, models and engine codes are used only to describe compatibility. All trademarks, trade names and part numbers belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and cross-reference purposes only.

MotiveCrate is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by any vehicle manufacturer.

Fitment information is provided as a guide based on manufacturer part catalogues and cross-reference data. Vehicle production changes within a model year can affect fitment.

You are responsible for confirming that a part matches your vehicle before ordering or installing. If you are unsure, contact us with your VIN or full vehicle details and we will help.

Parts must be installed by a suitably qualified person. Improper installation can damage your vehicle and may void any claim on the part.

Prices are shown in USD, CAD or MXN depending on the region selected, and exclude any import duties or taxes charged by your country.

We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or if we cannot fulfil delivery to the address provided.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt service, scraping it at a rate that degrades performance, or using it for unlawful purposes.

The MotiveCrate name, logo, site design and original product descriptions are our property. You may not reproduce them without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including labour, towing, rental or lost business.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
